The bed turned up with a bit of damage, which was obviously a lovely little surprise because who doesn’t enjoy that after waiting for a delivery? I messaged Soft Touch Beds and, to be fair, they replied really quickly and didn’t make it into a whole drama.
They got it sorted and kept me updated along the way, so I can’t complain. Things go wrong sometimes, but they handled it properly, which is what matters. 5 stars from me.

"Had to get in touch with..."
Had to get in touch with Soft Touch Beds over a warranty issue. To be fair, they did reply and it was all sorted in the end, but it took longer than I thought it would and I had to chase them up once. Wasn’t awful or anything, just a bit slow tbh. Bed’s fine now, so 3 stars feels about right.
"Not worth the price"
Had it a few weeks and it already got lumpy. Disappointing for what it cost

"Size was mostly right, just not Spot On"
I ordered a bed frame from SoftTouch Beds and, to be fair, the size was close to what was listed, but not exactly Bang On.
It fits in my room fine, so no big drama there, but the mattress sits a tiny bit tighter than I expected. It’s not a huge problem, just one of those slightly Annoying things when you’re making the bed.
Overall, I’d say it’s decent for the price. Delivery was fine and everything arrived okay, but I’d definitely double check the measurements before buying, just in case the fit is a bit off

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a little while now, the difference was noticeable from the first night. It’s really comfortable without feeling too soft, and it gives my back the support I was hoping for. I used to wake up with aches often, but that hasn’t been happening anymore. Really happy with it and I’d definitely buy it again.

"Felt cheaper than I expected"
I ordered this a little while back, maybe late last month or the month before, and it wasn’t what I expected. The fabric felt kind of cheap in person, and the finish looked a bit messy up close. I was hoping it would feel nicer overall

"Pretty easy, so I’m happy"
I ordered a new bed from the site and it was straightforward. I didn’t have to mess around much, checkout went through fine, and the confirmation email showed up quickly. I haven’t got the bed yet, but since the ordering part was easy, I’m feeling good about it so far.

"Comfy bed, but... delivery was a bit slow"
The bed itself is comfy and it looks like the photos, so... I’m happy with that side of things. The delivery did take longer than I expected though, and I had to chase for updates, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service did get back to me in the end, so it was okay overall. Not a bad order, just... not the smoothest experience.

I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered this and wasn’t expecting too much for the price, but I’m really pleased with it. The bed is comfy, looks nice, and delivery was all fine. Definitely good value for money...

Really happy with how Soft Touch Beds kept me in the loop tbh. After I ordered, I got clear updates and knew exactly what was going on with the delivery. Didn’t have to chase anyone, which was a nice change lol. Would definitely use them again.

"The bed looks nice enough when you see..."
The bed looks nice enough when you see it from across the room, and the colour is actually good. Up close though, the finish feels a bit plain and not as smart as I was expecting. It’s not bad, but some of the detailing feels kind of unnecessary and doesn’t really add much.

The bed turned up a day later than expected, which was a bit frustrating since I’d been waiting around. To be fair, the driver did call and let me know, which is more than some delivery companies do. Not the smoothest experience, but not awful in the end.

"Really glad I went for the custom options"
I ordered a bed from Soft Touch Beds mainly because I could choose pretty much everything myself, and that’s what sold it for me. I know it probably would’ve been quicker to just pick a standard bed, but if I’m spending the money I’d rather get something that actually suits the room. Being able to choose the fabric, colour, headboard style and storage made it feel worth it without being overwhelming.
I had a quick question before ordering and they got back to me with a helpful reply, which made me feel better about going ahead. The bed arrived looking just how I’d pictured it, so I’m really happy I didn’t settle for something more basic. It feels a lot more personal and like I made the right choice

"Bed was fine, but the replies were slow"
I ordered from softtouchbeds.co.uk and, to be fair, the bed itself was okay. No real complaints there. But I had a question about the delivery and ended up waiting a few days for someone to get back to me, which felt a bit frustrating. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but I feel like a simple update shouldn’t take that long, right?
When they finally replied, it came across a bit rushed and didn’t really answer everything I’d asked. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it definitely made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless I knew the communication had improved

The bed turned up with a few pieces missing, which was a bit frustrating, to be honest. I wasn’t sure at first whether it would be a hassle to get it fixed, but I contacted them and they did send the replacement parts out. It took a few days, so not ideal, but it was sorted in the end. Could probably be a bit smoother, but overall it wasn’t too bad.
